Hugeeee thank you to this company!! With our luck our central air did not want to turn on right before a huge heat wave. We were a little hesitant on reaching out to anyone because some companies tend to take advantage when scenarios like these occur, but Dynamic did not!! My husband called they answered and gave us the first appointment the following morning. That was the first good impression because some companies have you leave voicemails or they do not respond ever. We had a window from 8am-10am, by 8:12am received a text that Alex was on the way, he arrived a little after. He greeted me and introduced himself with a smile. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything not only to me, but to my husband on the phone. There were quite a few things needed to get fixed in order to get the central air working, including our thermostat and Alex had it all done very quickly (about 2hrs or so). With the weather getting a little over 100 degrees today we couldn't be any happier and we absolutely grateful for Alex!!!
Have to update this just a little because it is only fair and a MUST to give Isaiah his acknowledgement as well. We had to call Dynamic back to our home on two separate occasions because of a concern and issue. We were very happy to see that they wanted to address things quickly and appointment were provided for the following day. Isaiah was sent out to us for both occasions. He greeted and introduced himself to us with a smile. Isaiah was very polite, nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Both times he arrived ready to address and solve our concerns!!! He took his time to listen and explain everything. Isaiah didn't only leave us the manual for the thermostat we previously purchased from them, but he also set it up so it was ready for the heat and cold. We were were beyond happy/pleased with Isaiah service and expertise!!!

Huge thanks to ALL at Dynamic Mechanical! Nathan and his team helped us replace one of our 20+ year old geothermal units with ease this summer! They quickly responded and diagnosed our issue when one of our unit decided to meet its demise. His wonderful office team quickly sent several quotes to us, along with options to both save money and quick fix it, as well as quotes to replace the unit(s) entirely. They were also kind enough to send information on financing and rebates, in the event we needed it with the quotes. Nathan was always quick to respond during the process to keep us up to date, even during a record breaking temperature day (104!) when I’m sure he was swamped, that I accidentally called his cell. I cannot recommend Dynamic Mechanical or their team more. Alex & Claudia (our technicians) were wonderfully skilled, kind and respectful. They worked so incredibly hard in our sweltering hot garage all day long for 2 straight days to help our family stay cool and we could not be more grateful or appreciative for their hard work!
