Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal was built on hands-on field experience. Before starting the company in 2006, Nathan Noiseux began his career at 17 as an apprentice straight out of trade school. Within a few years, he was leading installations, designing HVAC systems for new homes, and managing field crews. That foundation continues to shape how we approach every project today.
From Apprentice to System Designer
Experience in HVAC cannot be learned from a sales manual. It is earned in attics, basements, mechanical rooms, and job sites.
Nathan’s early years were spent installing and designing residential systems, which built a deep understanding of airflow, load calculations, duct design, and system balance. By his mid-twenties, he was designing systems for new construction and leading installation teams.
Later, transitioning into sales revealed something important. Many companies focused heavily on closing deals, but less on long-term system performance and customer relationships. That gap led to the creation of Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal.
The goal was simple: combine technical expertise with honest service.

Have to update this just a little because it is only fair and a MUST to give Isaiah his acknowledgement as well. We had to call Dynamic back to our home on two separate occasions because of a concern and issue.
