This business was built on hard work and values passed down through generations. Nathan’s father, Claude, was born in Canada and moved to Waterbury at the age of two. His mother was a first-generation American from a large Irish family. As a boy, Nathan learned early that hard work pays off—mowing lawns, shoveling snow, and delivering papers for the Hartford Courant before sunrise, sometimes handling four routes at once.
In 2006, that same work ethic became the foundation of Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal. Over the years, Nathan has combined experience, expertise, and customer trust to build a company that treats every home as if it were our own.
Hear directly from Nathan Noiseux about his career development: “My journey began at the age of 17 when I started as an apprentice right out of trade school. My passion and dedication propelled me quickly through the ranks, and within a few years, I was a lead installer, designing HVAC systems for new homes and leading an exceptional crew. My experience spans various sectors of the HVAC industry, including residential HVAC, specialized environments such as RTU for commercial enterprises, high-velocity systems, and geothermal systems. By the age of 26, I transitioned into sales, where I witnessed the industry’s glaring gap in customer relationship management. Companies seemed focused on the initial sale rather than fostering long-lasting partnerships. This realization inspired me to start my own business at the age of 28, with a mission to change that narrative.
For over 19 years, our company has thrived on the values of honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service. We continually adapt to the latest advancements in HVAC technology, with a special interest in environmentally sound solutions, such as geothermal systems and heat pumps. Our expertise covers everything from radiant flooring to commercial RTU units, ensuring comprehensive service and installation capabilities. I’m particularly proud that our business remains family-owned and operated, with both my daughter and son sharing in the passion for the HVAC industry.
